# About Ayodesk

Ayodesk makes the **Ayodesk Support Agent**, an AI agent that answers customer questions from your own knowledge base in Zendesk, Freshdesk and support email. It is in private beta, and you can [join the waitlist](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe0WUSGRqUFMEDugKg2l0w2Rswv9YVU11laRouEaz1CI74IHg/viewform).

## Who runs Ayodesk

Ayodesk is run by Eugene Mi. Eugene is an experienced computer programmer. He started out building libraries for processing documents and went on to create cloud services for data extraction and data processing.

## How listings work

Listings are free and never require a payment or a link back to Ayodesk. Each listing gives a short summary and a link to the vendor. Check the vendor's site for current features and prices.
